Best thing to do is use lighter fluid let it soak and sprayed both sides under the wing. It will not damage the foam that’ll definitely Loosen up the wing. You might have to soak it twice then just take a rag to it it should come right off

Hi hello. THANK YOU! Anyone who went to their medicine cabinet and only found the solid Advil pills… put it in a napkin, fold the napkin, take a hammer or anything hard, crush it! Now grab some water (not cold water!) and sprinkle the powder in it, stir, now take liquid and swish on affected side!!! Works amazing. Goodluck
