“Fill your house with stacks of books, in all the crannies and all the nooks.” - Dr. Seuss
"Today a reader, tomorrow a leader.” - Margaret Fuller
“You know you’ve read a good book when you turn the last page and feel a little as if you have lost a friend.” - Paul Sweeney
“Of course anyone who truly loves books buys more of them than he or she can hope to read in one fleeting lifetime. A good book, resting unopened in its slot on a shelf, full of majestic potentiality, is the most comforting sort of intellectual wallpaper.” - David Quammen

Jeanne Wakatsuki was seven years old in 1942 when her family was uprooted from their home and sent to live at Manzanar internment camp with ten thousand other Japanese Americans. Along, with searchlight towers and armed guards, Manzanar ludicrously featured cheerleaders. Boastfully, your lucky you did not end up in brothel most of these young Japanese ladies their families send them to a house because they can't afford the famish, unless you sell your soul. To the second part.
