However the Israelites had quails provided by God to eat. Noah was given new instructions after the flood: Genesis 9:3 “Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.” This Ellen G. White seems to be making her own religion. Doesn't sound very good.

Colossians 2:16 “Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:”

In light of the ' normal' as they see it, one should eat three times in one week, not 1 meal per day. What the individual don't eliminate, will eliminate them. Seriously!
