So nice to hear you enjoy your new job. It brings so much peace isn't it? I like how Koreans and Japanese don't party too much but rather get up early on 1st Jan and go to see the first sun rise in the new year. I think it's really beautiful and set up the much lighter, good mood to start the year. Brings some hope 🙂. That's what I do for the past 2 years and it feels much better than having a drink the night before and feel tired on the first day already.

I have been to Paju Book City many years ago while I was filing for an Italian tv channel on Paju specifically . Such a great place and fantastic experience. Me and the filming crew we had the honor to be guests of the major and His wife at a lovely lunch in Paju, they were so nice and gentle and we had a lovely conversation in English. Again: once in a life time memories

Where did you find your tutor/lessons? I'm going to Korea with friends in a year and I'd like to be able to at least hold simple conversations in Korean! I feel like having a teacher to correct pronunciation would help a lot!

So nice to hear you found a nice job, with nice people. Many will usually criticize changing jobs often (it happened to me), but if you are unhappy in a certain place or job etc it's a good and healthy thing to change it. Stability gives a sense of security though but still it's better to be in a stable job you like than the one you hate 😉. Wishing you finding a nice apartment now, so you can fully enjoy your lifestyle 😊

Your new apartment place looks nice! Mold can affect the respiratory health. Try to do the following if you can, to minimize risk. :). Use dehumidifiers and air conditioners to maintain indoor humidity levels below 60%. Ensure proper ventilation in bathrooms, kitchens, and other moisture-prone areas. Use exhaust fans when cooking, bathing, or using appliances that generate moisture. Ask landlord to send someone to check the source of mold and repair any leaks in roofs, walls, or plumbing to prevent further moisture accumulation Keep the windows open for air circulation. Take care!

Thank you so much for your advice! I will definitely talk to the landlord and already got a dehumidifier :). But I'm not sure if I will stay in this apartment long term. Thanks again!

Thank you for sharing your opinion through this video! I enjoyed it a lot. Especially I liked the part that it was decided to use subtitles instead of voicing the thoughts. Personally, your description of Berlin reminded me about the city I live in - St. Petersburg, Russia. Here, we also don't care a lot about cleanliness: we have a lot of trash on the main streets and graffiti over historically important buildings. But the funny part is that I find it appealing and it's one of the main reason I enjoy the city so much when people aren't occupied with nice facade and look at the pith instead. It's sad that someone finds unbearable to live in places where people are more individualistic and have habits of littering everywhere. I've never known this may be uncomfortable for others so much. You opened my mind about the issue. I'm going to reconsider my habits about taking care of my trash. Hope, you enjoy your new place a lot.
