Nice and easy to install the LED"s but how about instructions on hoe to pair and use the remote?

Appen støtter ikke installasjon av S1. Merking av tverrbjelkene på kortveggene er mangelfull og burde være merket hva er opp og/eller ned. Skruene som holder festeplaten til søylene (4 stk/søyle) for å feste til terassen er "konisk"" i hodet mens festeplaten har sylindrisk utfresing for de samme skruene, noe som gjør at platen ikke planer til underlaget men blir liggende på skruhodene. Merkelig feil og jeg lurer på om det er pakkefeil og dårlig kontroll på lagret.

Putting this together is a nightmare don’t recommend getting this. Directions are terrible. And the reason for that is because they wanna charge $3,500 for someone to install it.

Avoid this company and go with any of their many competitors! We purchased a Sundream S2 on March 30th with the website promising a 5-15 day delivery window. We spoke to Melissa (featured in this video!) and she told us the delivery date would actually be mid to late May, but we decided to move forward anyway. Fast forward to May, we followed up with Melissa, which was quite challenging as she rarely answers the phone/texts and there was no way to contact customer support if you identified yourself as an existing customer. She let us know that the delivery would actually be late June due to shipping delays. Come June, once again after many attempts at following up, we finally got ahold of Melissa and she told us the delivery would be pushed back once again to July 7th. After not hearing anything on July 7th, we followed up once again and were told that the pergolas would be reaching Pergolux on July 9th. Now, on July 22nd, we followed up again, were once again unable to get ahold of Melissa, and were only able to get a customer support rep by pretending to be a new customer. And, as you might have guessed, the delivery has somehow been pushed back to September(!!!). We have tried to bear with this company's horrible customer service, but have lost faith. They've been holding on to our $10k for 5 months and have made no attempt to proactively communicate with us. I am still awaiting a promised call from the elusive Melissa. Once again, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a pergola.

Purchased this 6 months ago. Used it twice over winter as the weather was so awful but when came to use it in spring and it doesn’t work. Roof won’t open and lights flash like some mad 90’s rave. Complained, given instructions to reset remote but that failed to solve problem. Since then no help, no calls answered, no emails answered and nothing back on Facebook messenger. I’d avoid this brand and look elsewhere. Will be perusing a refund and collection of this piece of crap.

Überlegen Sie es sich zweimal, bevor Sie bei @Pergolux kaufen 🥶. Die Lieferzeit ist tödlich 🫣 Ich habe im Januar eines gekauft, mehr als 5.000 € bezahlt, sie sagten mir, ich würde es Anfang Mai bekommen und jetzt erfahre ich, dass sie es vielleicht im Juli liefern werden. (Vielleicht) reagiert der Kundenservice nicht (mann muss selbst versuchen und jemand zu erreichen 😡).und es ist sehr schwierig, eine Antwort per Telefon oder E-Mail zu erhalten. (Ich habe ungefähr 6 E-Mails gesendet und immer noch keine Antwort). Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und bedauere, dieser Marke vertraut zu haben

Habe auch eine Pergola von Pergolux. Mit dem Produkt bin ich recht zufrieden, nur der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Versuche seit knapp 3 Monaten ein Ersatzteil zu bestellen - leider ohne Erfolg.

Hallo. Wie soll man den bitte an der Wandseite nach dem einlegen der Lamellen die Verschraubung mit den vielen einzelnen Schrauben durchführen? Da kommt man doch gar nicht mehr ran.

Die Anleitung ist leider falsch! Bitte baut ein Gefälle ein, bzw. setzt es am Haus höher. Sonst läuft euch das Wasser zum Haus. Durch das Gewicht der Lamellen biegt sich die Mitte durch. Daher sammelt sich da das Wasser und läuft nicht zu den Ablaufpfosten. Meine Pergola wird nach vielen Diskussion von der Montagefirma nun gekürzt, um ein Gefälle vom Haus zu erreichen.
