i want this bike as my first sooooooooooooooo bad
what's that rolled scarf below the sissy bar used for? Thank you.
It’s a blanket
What seat is that saddlemen explorer?
It’s the Saddleman step up
With that sissy bar did you have to remove the turn signals an dose it come with te hardware for the sissy bar I want one that mounts on the out side of te fender
Damn dude i want mine to look like that.. that sissy bar is killer
Cool bike!
2 up hardware?
Nice Bike! What inch windshield you have?
In this video it’s the 11”. But way too much buffering and ended up going with the 15”
Looks great! Who makes the tail light? I'm also looking to delete my rear turn signals.
Moons MC. They make an led tail light with integrated turn signals.
They also make some good led front turn signals that double extra little head lights. Plug and play
@@brapsquatch thanks so much for getting back to me. Checking out now 👊
Did it come with passenger peg mounts? Was it easy to install?
Yep. Dead simple install.
@@brapsquatch rlly like for side of exhaust? When i did my sportster i had to remove heat shield
@@manuel3045 Yeah both sides are exposed. Didn't have to remove anything.
What pipes/tips are those? They look and sound amazing!
Thanks. They’re opened up stocks
I'm really wanting one of these as a more or less first bike. Hardtailed too. My biggest concern isnt the ride quality, but more about hitting bumps in a corner and the back end getting squirrely, skipping, and i dump it. Am I overthinking things? Is a hardtail too much for essentially a beginner?
These are actually maybe a decent first bike. They don’t go all that fast and corner pretty good.
cool.👍
Cool bike I just can't do the bars
I’m looking at the same bars for my upcoming build.
Zombie performance! Good stuff.
Post links! •Speedometer •clutch assembly •brakes assembly •levers •seat Please 🙏🏽🙏🏽🤔
Question about the exhaust. When you cut the tips off what about the inside pipe? Wouldn’t it rattle and eventually rust/break off?
There’s a little bracket inside the tips holding the ends to center.
Nice sleds, good review on LRS reality. Like your set up 👍 seat/sissy and plans, are you considering detach bags to give you added range?
Thanks. Yeah for the bags. Gonna do exhaust and risers. For bags really hard to say. Maybe leatherpros. Vikings or maybe some Thrashin. The sport glide bags looks super awesome but are cost prohibitive for me at least.
@@brapsquatch go with leather pros the Vikings are a pain to put on.
@@21Fxlrs man ended up going with the Thrashin escape bags then also got their plates. Plenty of room for me and if I do multi day trips have a really good 80L Nelson Riggs hurricane bag I strap to the back seat and sissy bar.
Is that the wind shield that came on it? I’ve been really erect on the new low rider st.
Nevermind. I see you got the road warrior. Looks like the 15”
Lol, I'm right there with you. 45*, even of its raining....im riding
Bikes can’t be garage queens forever! 🤘💪🤙
Congrats on breaking 100 subs Brother! Great job!
Thanks man. Appreciate it!
Hey, mind if I ask you how tall your sissy bar is? Thanks man. Love the mods
It’s 25” tall.
Have the same bike I'm up in the everett area I put a bassani road rage 3 on it sounds great
Great sounding pipe from what I’ve seen. Curious if you got a tune and which one if you did.
I did the screaming eagle pro street tuner and did the smart tune for warranty reasons it did make quite a bit of a difference but at this point I've been talked in to doing a stage two with the woods 22xe cam and the dynojet power vision from fuel moto the tech there said they are consistently getting 120 plus hp with 130 plus torque to the wheel and I don't want to wait two years to do it so I guess the warranty thing is out the window
@@klock411 hahah. Man those are nice numbers. That sounds like a lot of fun. Appreciate the response. 👍
Hows that Saddleman step up? I think I might get the born scum one.
It’s awesome. Huge upgrade over the stock. It’s comfy and you feel planted. I feel like I’m going to slip off the back of the stock seat when I’m gettin on the throttle. I got the brown stitching which matches the bronze accents really well. That born scum one looks 🔥! I’m sure you’ll do a review of it if you get it.
@@brapsquatch sweet brother! Thanks for the info! I do feel like I’m gonna slip off the back! I’m sure I will do a review on it! ❤️ I just got accepted to be an instructor for the California motorcycle safety program! I’m super stoked!!!!
@@Motosquatch man that’s awesome. Congrats brother! Bad ass.
@@brapsquatch thanks man! I’m stoked. It was a huge process since it’s overseen by the CHP and my rough and rowdy past 😜
@@Motosquatch hahaha 🤣
Love mine. Same color as well. The power is amazing. I have the Viking Saddlebags on mine and love them. I went with the brown look on mine. Brown saddleman seat and brown saddlebags. Lot's of compliment on it. And black and brown grips and the bronze gas cap from Harley. Nice content bro ride safe. And crossthread mini floorboards are awesome bro.
Thanks bro! Man that’s awesome. Bet it looks righteous! Might have to check out those floor boards.
Sasquatch chronicles!
Nice viD! what sissy bar is that?
Thanks Brother Squatch! It’s an Edward Richie sissy bar. He’s on Etsy and it always says sold out but if you message him, he’ll take care of ya.
@@brapsquatch thanks brosquatch!
So I have the ‘21 model FXLRS and honestly, it’s a ticket magnet already with just the 114. I mean 70-75 feels like nothing. You’re there before you realize what happened. I haven’t gotten a ticket yet, but not because I didn’t deserve one….or two, or more? It’s so easy to go fast and it just doesn’t feel like you’re riding the bike correctly until you hit at least 60mph. I agree that I wish it came 2-up ready with a pillion and pegs at least. That’s next on the list. Not sure what seat I’ll do but probably the saddle man? Have the road warrior with a 13” vented screen, Harley backrest and docking station, an aftermarket fender rack, soft saddle bags, and a homemade external breather system. First thing I did to the bike was that EBS. No pipes yet either. 🥺 awesome bikes!
Man. Exactly. The bike is literally boring to ride until at least 70.
@@brapsquatch Literally! I’m coming from an iron 883 as my first bike and I didn’t have this problem with that motorcycle. It started getting scary above 60mph, lol. Seriously, it did. But this bike literally feels like you’re just creeping along until you hit at least 60. It really wants to run! Love this bike!
So why is this a ticket machine. Could you please elaborate on this. Does anyone else have an issue with this? If so, why?
The bike doesn’t want to be ridden at the speed limit.
@@brapsquatch LOL, now I can get that. Thanks for the reply
Same height as you, how do you think the 9 inch would be for buffeting? I get the 15 inch would probably through the wind over your head but think the 9 would keep the wind of your chest but more even flow on the helmet? Looking to get the same on my Dyna.
Yeah I think the 9” wind screen would be pretty similar to having the stock fairing. With a little bit more coverage.
I’m 5’ 11” and have the 13”. I personally wouldn’t go any lower than an 11” myself. The 13 already allows quite a bit of wind to the face at my height. Actually, it doesn’t protect my face at all. I will likely get a 15” in the near future for more highway riding. A 9” would be absolutely pointless to me at my height. Just my observations
Nice bike 🤘 You need some saddlebags 🤘👍🔥❤️.
Man for sure!
🤮
@@ProTuner06 ??
I just picked up some new ones from Viking that are styled after the trashin supply bags everyone is rocking, except the Viking cost me $160 vs $360+ for thrashin. So far, so good. Well worth $160. They don’t unzip from the yoke like the trashin do however. Wish they did.
@@robbyclark6915 interesting. Didn’t realize Viking had some. I’ll have to check those out. Thanks man.
@el dub - Where did you get the block off plates from?
Harry’s customs.
Nice bike! what speedo is that?
Thanks. It’s some cheap eBay one.
BrapSquatch!!!!!!
Hahahaha. Two wheel ‘Squatch’n is best Squatch’n. 🤘👍🤙
sick bike
Thanks bro. 🤘🤌
I'm gonna buy one in June . I'm 6 ft 1 do you think I need the forward controls?.your bike is spot on for what I want mine to be like . Great taste
Thanks man! Yeah you might benefit from forward controls. I know they purposely made them to be in a more aggressive riding position by having them mid. Another option might be highway bars.
Was gonna buy the bunking bar. First Harley coming from liter bikes and don't want the weight of bigger baggers . Just a ripper around town live in Perdido key fla.
Does your gauge also have those dents on the sides of the bezel from the factory?
It’s completely circular.
Good job with the mods, please let me know if you raise the bars. I'm waiting for mine to come in and I'm trying to figure out what riser to go with. I'd prefer to keep the factory gauge but it seems like we'd need to go aftermarket bracket. I haven't found anyone who's done it it yet though so see how it'd best be done.
Yep. I was thinking about leaving the risers as-is and just getting longer / taller bars so the gauge can stay where it is. But I’d love to get some risers but the gauge is great right where it is.
Bungking makes a riser without the top clamp that the gauge mount should bolt directly on to. Not sure if you’ve seen that one.
@@brapsquatch hey man sorry I just finally read this. That's awesome I didn't know they made one and it's not a bad price. Only hang up is the angle of the gauge since it's made to be lower. I bet with some pull back it'll rotate and face me properly. Awesome. Gotta go line things up om the bike but I may very well go with those.
@@lighlotus117 and it looks like Guerrilla cables makes a plug and play gauge extension.
@@brapsquatch I did see that. I also just learned the clutch cable isn't that bad to do since Harley put a 2 piece on them. Only hang up is that ABS. Gonna have to talk with the dealer about that.
Looks amazing bro, great work! What pipe are you thinking of putting on that?
Thanks man! I’m not 100% sure yet. Maybe leaning towards a Vance and Hines. Cobra, Rinehart. Lots to choose from! TBR. Def wanna go 2 into 1. But Thrashin Supply makes some nice looking 2 into 2. Hard to say!
@@brapsquatch I gotcha, definitely no shortage of choices! Check out the Fab28 and the HPI, those are the two I’m torn between. Look forward to seeing more of your build!
@@CAT3616G Man I'm gonna check'em out right now!. Thanks bro!
@@brapsquatch awesome! You be safe brother!
@@CAT3616G That Fab28 tho! woooooo!
I got the gunship gray one i gotta get my road warrior fairing painted
Nice man. Congrats.
Love the bike man! Did you have to get the headlight extension and headlight trim as well with the road warrior fairing ?
Thanks man. Yep. Got the extension and headlight cover/trim piece.
Can’t wait to have mine 🖤
Sure to have a good time when you do.
Nice bro!
Looks awesome. Nice build!
Thanks!
You didn’t even offer to text someone for him with your Garmin 🤦🏻
Hahah. I only pay for the service when I’m doing things like the WABDR. Not for the local stuff. Plus that’s a pretty high traffic road. Called him a tow truck tho.
@@brapsquatch oh ok I pay all year for the piece of mind and the ability to just go out without having to set up the subscription. I also ride everyday, it doesn’t snow where I am at.
How did u do your hard tail to the swing arm
Shock comes out, strut goes in. Gotta make some cuts to the frame. This shows basically how it's done. ua-cam.com/video/Q-6Qw9KpZ6I/v-deo.html
@@brapsquatch did u keep the piece from the bottom of the frame that goes to the top of the swing arm?
@@zachsmid3738 Yep. That's where the strut bolts through. Or where the shock used to bolt through.
@@brapsquatch but if the swing arm is welded that piece should no longer be needed and probably be cut out correct?
Miss you!
Nice. The bike looks & sounds great! 🔥
Thanks man 🙏
