How the hell did ypu fix those shelves
So to hang the doors, there is an 18mm chipboard panel with screws holding the hinges back to back, so how long are those screws ? 7 mill into the chipboard ?
Yes, you are correct, each screw has about 7-8mm hold. Dividing panels are 18mm and finished end panel returns are 15mm. 👍
How do you find Hammonds to work for? Iv been interested in them and sharps job advertisement but can only find bad reviews online 🥴
They pay well now in London ,but you have to be mega fast ,space in some properties not prepare to fit wardrobes .You have to be ready to work long hours often .

Hi, Yes, pin then screw, pins prevent the timber from moving from the 2mm reveal line when screwing to the back of the plinth, otherwise the plinth can sometimes look a little wonky! 👍😁

Hey CJ, Thanks for your comment. The build took about a day and a half to complete due to the complexity of getting them to fit under the steel running through the room. No, they're not modesty blocks, they are called TZ fixings, they are very accurate and extremely strong. I hope this helps? Have a great day. A
