Hi Alan! You can use 2 controllers or 1 controller + mouse and keyboard. I didn't try 1 controller + Steam Deck controls, but I don't see the reason why it shouldn't be possible.

Hi Julien! In match power consumption is slightly above 16W, theoretically it gives me an expectation of 2:30 remaining time of battery (that's always a little subjective to every system, I'd need to play the whole time to be sure it effectively lasts that much). They have put Sinner in game, it's already available. It could be that being online is mandatory. If I am in Offline Mode, it tries to sign in on the title screen, but it doesn't let you proceed to the main menu if you are not successful.

LCD. I turned on the game and played a little before writing the previous comment cause I wanted the information to be accurate. In Offline Mode I can't access the main menu, not playable for me as much as I see. Release date is 22nd, so 6 days.

Hi Lewa, thanks for your kind words and your support, I'm happy to share and be helpful, I always look for quality in everything I post. I want footage to be 1:1 what it effectively is. I had 23 one month after launch, I remember for a good amount of time the intro had a problem (white screen) but nothing deal breaking. I just had to skip it. I had also an idea to make a review of it, but I didn't do it in the end. Technically 24 is the same game and should run the same. If I get it, it's going to be on sale later. Without searching, I'm sure there are some big freak ups at launch eheh.

Hey how are you? Nice to see you again, and thanks for the like, I know it's you! This game has been announced 8 years ago, almost vaporware. I played the beta, unlocked other players, grinded a little bit (this video is one of first matches I did, I didn't even use special tactics probably), but stopped since when the game releases you have to start from scratch again. Honestly, this Inazuma Eleven has the potential to be the best football game around in the market.

@@mosfine I played the version 1 on the DS on and off but never really got into it. It is very basic compared to this.

I hope they make good use of this beta and all the feedbacks but considering how companies work, I wouldn't be surprised if this beta is what's going to be in the final game minus all the characters. Graphically it's like that DS game you tried (lol), it runs on Switch too, I get it, I noticed some lag...I'm afraid though online this game is not going to last much. Regardless of reworking and fixing mechanics, exploits for 100% goal already working, if this game is hackable as it is now, I don't see how long it can go, and it would be a shame. It can be the funniest football game if you just like the sport.

Hey there! Here I used an external keyboard and mouse. In portable mode, the game could be by default on "Gamepad with Joystick/Mouse Trackpad" as Controller Configuration. Chances are it's not appropriate (at least, to me it was not) considering also that in-game it still shows you to use WASD and Space Bar. if you choose the template "Keyboard (WASD) and Mouse", that's a good working starting point.

Hi! As you can see from this video, during the night you get less fps than during daytime. If you refer to some stuttering, I just played a session to check it for you, i got a pair of them, in different moments, during the day and maybe one at night.

I started a new game, and I noticed that after the cutscene of the red hair girl at the bar welcoming you, with the tv on the left, the game doesn't play the next cutscene. I have to press X and chapter skip. The other cutscene after the skipped one also doesn't render but I hear the audio, I have to skip and then the game advances normally. If I start and skip any cutscene (red girl one too) not a problem, it skips and goes to the next one properly. So, I tried to have a look. Proton 9.0-2 doesn't seem that bad at the first attempt, the game was transitioning to everything automatically. There's still the problem (if you noticed) of some out of focus scenes due to a wrong depth of field or blur (i have to check if disabling in the options solves it), and maybe something else that caught my eye. I'm on stable channel of os, in the game I had set borderless and vsync off, Proton 9.0-2, that's what seemed a good start. I can't test or play much now. I tried Experimental but the very first cutscene gave me a white screen and I had to skip. If you have any specific cutscene, let me know, it doesn't seem to me like it was stuttering anywhere, during cutscenes battery was pulling 13-14 W automatically.

Hi Fabio, how are you? Thank you for your question. It's LCD but careful in thinking OLED is on a different level. From what I remember, on average an OLED might render 2 fps per game more than a LCD one. Mine is properly repasted and I can also undervolt it well, though. I'm not using the full performance overlay cause it takes more screen and I don't know how much useful it is. If you're interested in this game, I recommend you to wait to for F1 Manager 24 and pass on this one.

Thanks for your response! I plan on getting F1M24 but my thought is whether I should play it on the OLED steam deck or the Asus Rog Ally X. I want to get a steam deck but I’m worried f1M24 might be too intensive for it without having to do work on it like you did your LCD model. I love the idea of playing this game portably.

OLED is more efficient and lasts something more. That said, for 3D intensive games I always take into account that in portability/on battery I can do barely 1 hour, without power limits. F1 Manager is one of those games where I can't expect long sessions.

Game is not even worth on a proper desktop configuration. Also PR's been keen to blacklist who gives bad (p)reviews. There are so many games around and you probably have something in your backlog waiting to be played.

Oh wait, now I remember, start it in Desktop Mode, not Gaming Mode. Sorry. Anyway, i just tried it in Gaming Mode, and it works to me normally. When I played the demo, i knew you had to play it in Desktop Mode, developers word that build at the time was working only from there. This build now that is working for me in Gaming Mode is 14680307, updated June 14.

I'm posting those videos just to show if and how a game can run on Steam Deck, in case somebody wants a tangible evidence. If you plug it to a VRR monitor, you can benefit of it. I remember "experts", people with now 500k+ followers gatekeeping the narrative that "30 fps are enough" to defend console makers and the performance of their games. Now they brag they're playing Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance on pc, or they recommend playing any game in performance mode... history repeats, please don't fall for it.

You always have this delay since the first time you tried it? Is it only in r6? Is it only with this controller? Did you install its software and updated the firmware of the controller?

1 - Make sure you don't have any strange process running in the background interfering 2 - Be sure to set all the default settings in the Gamesir App, 250hz, to unplug the controller and to replug it again, even better on a different usb port 3 - in Windows, open "Start", type set up usb game controller, click to open the window, be sure your controller is selected and click Properties. In the Test tab, each button get lit when click, does it have the same delay? 4 - contact the company via email at cs@gamesir.hk, they'll answer in a couple of day

We are crossing the borders of gimmicks and marketing, there are so many factors and variables in these kinds of tests, in the input lag topic... I agree and I prefer too to have a more consistent product than something that nominally is faster but has its occasional negative peak. Those test I'm posting are more an exercise, I was thinking to perform some different and more reliable tests with different tools other ways but didn't have the opportunity to focus on it.

@@mosfine the only more exact way of measuring these input lags is a high speed imaging cam without i-Frames activated and these are pretty nasty to handle (i am even overburdened with taking and editing simple fotos or underwater dive pics with my sony alpha 6400 and these are pretty easy to handle and configure if you ask the Pros. But the alpha 6400 is only able to take up to 120 fps at FullHD 1080p). I would recommend to use the same tool and make the test more often while all the time whiggeling at the gamepad/analog stick. After this you make an excel table and just calculate the averages from the given test results. Just sum up all the same values (for example the average input lag values from all done tests, for example just do the 1000-test for 10 times) and divide them through the number of done tests and voila...even more precise test results. But its a lot of awful and boring work...The pro is you can make a table to reuse it in future on google tables for free.

Yes, with other tools I was referring to external hardware and devices, in order to bypass (or at least, minimize) any kind of software overhead.

@@lalibretilla managed to make it work, press the "steam" and select resume game, a "windows" style window will appear and you need to use the touch screen to press "ok" or "accept"( cant remenber exactly) and then just launch the game again and be patient. Once in the game it crashed after the first "tutorial" type things that appear but after that I launched again and it's working fine

Apologize for the absence. Yes, it might not work on the first try, you might have to quit and try again. On the first boot though, a small window appears, it's the "settings" panel that shows up on Windows too where you can change the video resolution and few other things for audio/controls/network. Just ignore everything, at the bottom you have "OK" or "Cancel", you have to click on OK with the finger (since the screen is touch, easiest way). Remember in case you delete Proton files or verify integrity, the game boots up again like it's the first time, so that window pops up again.
