I’m sorry that you experienced that. I will say that the majority of figures I receive from BBTS are in near mint condition even without buying in collectors grade.

Have you ever pre-ordered from them ? Because I want to but idk how there pre-order system works
So the pre-order system for BBTS Is that when you pre order something Y don’t have to pay nothing And you don’t have to pay nothing Until the figure comes out And btw You can add what ever you buy or pre order to your pile of loot To save money on shipping
Honestly they have one of the better pre order systems mostly because of their “pile of loot” feature. But you don’t pay for your figure until it’s in stock and ready to ship.
Was that last damaged box shown, was that in collector’s grade??
The only collectors grade figure I ordered was the Anakin.

Were all the Star Wars figures collectors grade?
No. Only the Ep.2 Anakin. The rest were ordered in standard grade and still came in very good condition. Some were even Near Mint.
