Try to achieve 6-7 hrs if you eat only fat and protein then hardly you need 6hrs that coz body is smart and we are not build to sleep more we design to hunt in forest tbh, but carb loaded food don’t let us do this
Well done on your progress so far man here’s a couple tips for you; go barefoot or wear shoes with a hard sole the spongy sole messes with your balance, start with the bar over mid foot it starts too far towards your toes here putting more strain on your back and means you can’t get as much power from your hips and hams, and lastly start your deadlift with your ass closer to the ground. Think ass down chest up as you lift off and it should help a lot with overall technique. Happy lifting brother 💪
@@jigaryadav no worries dude, I struggled with DL for years and really got into it the past 2 and took my deadlift from 100 > 220kg in about 14 months so once you get that technique and start eating enough you can see some crazy gains on it
