A very insightful video! It would be interesting to hear your thoughts on the future of hair restoration surgery, particularly how long you believe it will remain relevant. Do you think surgery will eventually be entirely replaced by medical treatments or even a cure within the next 20-30 years? It's always a pleasure to watch your videos and learn something new. Greetings from Italy!
Excellent
Very practical and evidence based approach 👍👍👍👍
Agreed. The interview was really insightful
Thanks for the info, watching my hives inflammation fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!
I’m glad this could be helpful!
I have been using Blue lizard for over 10 years and I am still a believer. Is the spray as good as the lotion?
I like the spray. It’s a great product as you know.
My aunt was a textbook case, yet she went undiagnosed for many years. She saw many, many doctors, including dermatogists and specialists, yet no diagnosis until she was stage 4. At this point she had full blown lesions on her trunk, and had suffered for 7+ years. Every doctor she saw failed her. For years she was told she imagining her itching, and told she was just a middle aged woman that had anxiety, and was crazy. She was recommended to to see a psychiatrist by many specialists. A few diagnosed her with eczema or dermatitis, and gave her a plethora of creams to try. No one would take her concerns serious. When finally diagnosed, she suffered thru treatment, and died within 18 months of diagnosis. I miss her dearly.
I am heartbroken to hear about the struggle she went through. My heart goes out.
Thanks for sharing,
Similar story with my aunt. Diagnosed on her deathbed.
@dermclub I really need your help , I m having dark flat patches since April 2024, they are spreading my belly , back, upper thigh area , little bit itchy at the beginning . I saw a dermatologist and took 2 biopsy and they said Atypical T-cell proliferation. Suggested further biopsy and checks, I seen a oncologist and she did PET scan and blood test , and results are clear , no Cancer is detected. But i really dont know it if is valid test results for MF. I really want to see a good dermatologist who is experience on this. I am really stressed out, really dont know what it is . Note: used steroid cream for more than 2 weeks, it caused pain and discoloration on my skin, i stopped it. Please help.

You need a minimum of 10,000 images per class for an AI Dermatology CNN algorithm. The problem is getting larger datasets and variation of skin tone for conditions such as Melanoma.
Great interview and a very sweet host. Thanks for doing this! I am looking forward to learn about what Reid has cooked for oral hair treatment.
Thank you, very informative interview!
Heyaa! I came across your video, well presented and really good! Btw I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and also make highly engaging shorts out of them.
I was told that I was in remission. Is that possible? I see a dermatologist on a regular basis. Should I also be seeing an oncologist?
Yes, that it is possible to go into remission. Next time you see your dermatologist, you can ask if you should also be seeing an oncologist so in case it flares in the future, you have someone. I also wanted to let you know- I am moving my videos over to my other youtube channel, please subscribe there and follow along for more videos coming out soon. Thank you! www.youtube.com/@drhannahkopelman
Congratulation . What things you have done to put it on remission state ? @bettyloumiller5896

Retinoids are dangerous when you have to take them all your life. Just saying.
Gotta be smarter than the bacteria.
Bacteria can never have any resistance to silver. This is why people use Colloidal Silver which kills bacteria rapidly.

The psychosomatic phenomenon is so fascinating!! I wonder how the pharmacokinetics of mirtazapine works to reduce itching. I do have many patients with a frontal dysfunction that sometimes develop a compulsive behavior of skin picking. I find the SSRI’s are effective. Is there any medications that are commonly used that can exacerbate underlying skin conditions? Sometimes an itch can be a sign of neuropathy. It’s so fascinating how interconnected the somatosensory axis is with derm. If there is no skin lesion then I think neuro . Have you seen cases of dermatomyositis?
