Merasmus has sensed the intense suspense of Split Fortress and is ready to strike fear into the hearts of the Elites.
You'll notice that Vixen speaks both languages; I made her a bilingual Elite. This choice was influenced by the fact that the Femme Fatale's English lines in Soul Calibur are quite limited compared to the Japanese voice dub. Feel free to reinterpret what she says in your own way.
