how do you tell how deep the fish are? is it just a guess?

The only thing I don't like is it's not good for trolling, doesnt have gps for speed, also you have to have fish ID on cuz you can't see the boomerangs other than that it's a good fish finder

How do I set it up to mark fish

Fish finder spooks fish, now that's hilarious. I guess everyone with a live scope bought an expensive paper weight. This how you know a ghost fisherman, they only fish spots where they caught fish. FYI drop shoot with minows is the absolute easiest way to catch fish, the minnow does all the work and you don't need any jig when you sit pole in holder when not trolling or actually jigging. This is crappie 101 during spawning and everyone can catch crappie during spawning.

Thank you for the reminder that after a while, when the bite slows down, we do need to change up our presentation. That's something I need to work on more and not become too comfortable with the bait that I am throwing thinking it's going to produce all day.

My Piranhamax 4 new problem---Transducer not connected error which causes a constant Simulator mode.. Is there a reset for transducer connection? The transducer cable is almost the same cost a unit replacement. I can't tell if it is the unit or cable. I hate to replace if there is a simple fix....Thanks for your thoughts....Kerry

You honestly can’t say that ACC crappie rods are top notch if you haven’t used one yet. That’s like sayin’ Coca Cola’s good but have never taken a sip of it. But I have used ACC and own one and love it. But get you one man.

I have this same set up got it for my birthday have not got to use it yet the engine has low compression but soon I will have it going might be a winter project to deck out the boat for me and the kids to go fishing and just messing around

I cant quite figure out the distance of what im looking at, as well as where exactly should i have the transducer pointing to. Should be straight to the bottom or angled between the bottom and the surface, like a 9PM?

thanks for the video i learned some stuff. if you are recording with your phone turn it sideways and you will get full screen video instead of the black bars. the black bars are good for shorts though.

nice video i dont know much about fish finders. but it seems better then the one my friends boat has that is super basic and probably cost the same. i guess i got a little bonus when i bought this boat and it came with it. now just need to learn how to read it and use it. time to go watch your other vid on it.
