I just bought my hoop a couple weeks ago. It didn't take long at all to get used to. I hula hooped for 15 minutes the very first time and I already felt it in my hips. I did 45 minutes this morning because it's just so fun to do...and with good music, it's a plus.

My legs move a lot more than yours do, am I doing it wrong?
