Love the double ended but atm i have a broken wrist 😂 but dying to get back at it. I wish I would’ve been introduced to boxing when I was younger. Watch my double end bag video, i get better around 5he 2 min marker 😂 it was the first time really hitting it & it was about 2 years since i hit it. If not thats cool but more jabs bro it helps keep them at bay and will help you deliver more body shots. Good luck man…. Hit them hard hit them fast… ✌️

Bro let me tell you something important just keep training hard and learning and growing knowledge from boxing just keep training forever and you’ll become a pro also get bigger like mike Tyson and train to punch harder and footwork and etc do this and you’ll become unstoppable.

A new sub here. Im watching you on TV right now and your recent vid was what brought me here. That and just bored tryna look for boxing vids. I can see how you got better over the years and this vid and the other ones show how far you've come. I was the same way. We all gotta start somewhere, right? Im sitting here saying, "keep your balance nigga". It's all learning in the end📕✒️. Keep at it in boxing. I hope you start hosting some boxing tournaments this summer and get in the gloves for a vid. That'll rope in some new followers everywhere. Summertime is almost here and everyone is gonna be outside not doing nothing but playing ball and nothing else. Streetboxing is where it's at for me. The money for it is costly so might as well learn, practice, shadowbox and jog down notes and watch film. That's what I do. But you, you got way better since then. I have vids where I was trash at first and probably still am, but over the five years I've been doing this, I got better since then. Hitting the bag is all I know😅. Let's get it this year and stay consistent with it
