As they the roman army went out in 70.A.D, at siege of jerusalem they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name. They compelled this man to carry his cross (Matt 27:32). And they compelled a passerby, Simon of Cyrene, who was coming in from the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to carry his cross (Mark 15:21) General Titus refused to spare the life of Christ General Sicarius King Simon Justus Arshakuni Bar Giora Izates Mono Bazus II the Cyrenian, and he fled into the ground through a subterranean passage and took his most faithfull friends, while apparently trying to escape with the help of a jewish confederate disguised as a water carrier (Mark 4ii: 12-17). The Roman army under General Titus knew not where the Son of Man had fled, but famine and hunger found him out, and after three days he arose as from the heaps of the thousands of his dead army from beneath the place where formerly stood the temple, and which had become his temporary tomb. Wrapped in his flaming crimson black seamless garment robe of his Egyptian Pharaoh Hebrew Roalty that his beloved mother Queen Helena salome made for him , he made his sudden resurrection in the midst of the Roman guards. They fled precipitately from his presence. Mark 15:21 Terentius Rufus, who did not believe in ghosts, approached the apparition. The resurrected Son of Man refused to speak except by signs. To all questions and accusations he was dumb. The Gospels also reveal this military characteristic attitude of Christ the Son of Man under military arrest. At length the Roman officer compelled him to admit his true identity, and he was taken away to the general's tent called the praetoriujn. Many other supposedly dead Jews arose and appeared in a similar manner to surrender, Upon Tarpeian rock called Calvary in Rome the Count of Monte Christo General Sicarius King Simon Justus Arshakuni Bar Giora Izates Mono Bazus II there Savior and Lord and Preserver suffered for them, He carried there military cross all the way to golgotha for there infidelity and sin to atone, Then they nailed Him to the cross Great was the pain and the loss of his 40,000 army, He suffered it all for them He suffered it all Because they all loved him and died, There Savior and Lord and preserver died On the cross in Rome was crucified No greater love by mortal man Has ever been known Oh, praise His sweet name, Then they carried Him away Placed Him in a lonely grave Then they thought that this would be The end of this man But on that third and glorious day God came and rolled the stone away He arose from the dead He arose from the dead.

Great advice! I remember being small and my parents stressing over money spent on Christmas presents and then when I got older they reformed how they celebrated and just only focused on giving to Jesus since it’s his birthday…not only did that save money but it helped to not let Jesus get lost in our traditions. So my husband and I haven’t bought Christmas gifts except Bibles for people occasionally..
