This young man struck the nail on the head with his statement (inference), the answer is in "the source" itself, THE BIBLE! There is nothing wrong with reading other books that points you to the Bible or gives more clarity. Like the number of stars in a nighttime sky, God has created that number of different individuals living upon the earth! Everyone understands and apply God's principles at where they're at at any given time. "Other" books outside the scriptures provide His Word that cater to the palates (plant the seed) of the reader who is reading that book. Thus, fulfilling the commandment, "go out and make disciples of others!"

This hit me hard. Holy Spirit really revealed how powerful that word "seek" is. Look for, seaclrh for, to search for someone or something,try to find something by looking or otherwise seeking carefully and thoroughly. This reminded me how holplessnees can really drive that "seeking". That reminder was though a memory of a time i thought my son was missing. He showed me it really takes everything to seek him out (not surface level) The example God attached this video was when my son was really young, and we were at a llake on busy day. My son wondered off and i couldn't locate him and in that moment that hopelessness was so overwhelming and it drove me to "seek" out my son at all cost, running up and down the shore of this lake, letting everyone know my son was missing, doing everything i could do , getting as much help as i could to seek out my son. And once my son was located it washed away all that hopelessness that I had. God wants us to seek him out, search for thoroughly and carefully. It takes as much effort as you would put into looking your son thet you thought was missing.😢 Just imagine what we can find when we put in that same effort into our Lord. That peace and hopelessness will be washed away, His Love and promises will be made clear. God Bless
