Imma be real after playing through D1 and D2. It was when Bungie lost their pedestal in my eyes. Mediocre expansions, okay gameplay, lackluster story beats that peaked in Witch Queen before tanking to new lows in Lightfall, and by that point, it was rather clear that Bungie's Final Shape was a dollar sign. It's easier to swallow knowing that most of those who worked on this weren't part of the teams that made Halo. Still, sucks to see them lose all that goodwill and rep just for money.

Sorry to say this bc I did love the game but lightfall to final shape is horrible in my opinion bc of the simple fact that the story is leading into something random when it should of been its end and introduce a new series of the game. Dragging it out as is, is ruining the fun that I used to have when playing with the boys. Miss the old days the old lords.
