Great salesman! Mike Maijlak would approve lol
Company is a scam, compensation is a trade off with your hourly rate so if you don’t sell what you earn for the week you don’t get commission. They calculate your commission by giving you 5% of what you sold MINUS your weekly earnings. So let’s say your weekly pay was 500 and you sold 700 worth of product, you take home 500 plus 5% of 200. You will find your self working much harder than what your making. Take into account most people don’t buy pillows, sheets, car wax or cleaning products every time they buy food. Which is why most people are going into the store. Some stores are slower than others and some are new with no real customer base. Summit keeps all the profits while you spin your wheels and never advance as a sales rep. This company is AWFUL don’t work for them.

i luv costco
this guy knows his stuff and very smooth and friendly. very impressed.
Hes the fucking regional manager lmao
Feels super stiff and cold- presenting a lot of information, but not really finding out what the customer needs are, and focusing on products that meet those needs. Also, the bases and arms are solid wood framing, not steel. The springs in the seat are steel though.
@@TetrisAddictionbig rippoff!
Most uncomfortable couch I sat on. Nobody liked how it felt. Big waste of money. Finally found someone to give it too n burning the rest!! Buyer Beware
I think the fact that LoveSac does not include a set of these with your Sactional order says a lot about the company. You spend $6000 Plus and then they nickel and dime you for $25 blocks is ridiculous and leaves a bad taste. This can't cost them more than $2 if that much. In fact, it would probably get owners to buy more pieces when they see it visually. The app is better than nothing but cumbersome
The lovesac bundle in Costco is a set bundle with a skew number that goes through the register. Costco has no ability to add or delete items. The order that goes through the register is shipped directly by lovesac. I would recommend contacting Lovesac to suggest and request the blocks be added to the bundle. The savings in Costco are tremendous, as are all of the added accessories already included, but $25 blocks would be another nice perk. Thanks for your opinion on the matter.
Pasquale Summit Retail Solutions I live 7 minutes from a LoveSac location. They never even have them in stock at the store and suggested I order them direct for $25 plus tax and shipping. Thanks anyway.
@@ExposedRoot That is probably the reason they don't include them. I would assume only a small percentage of their customers buy them or have a use for them. I'd imagine a 6x8 or larger would have a potential necessity and even then, it's probably only a percentage of those. I know for a fact you can order them online, try that.
One of those sales guys refused to demonstrate the product on my car. Smh
Bro they obviously aren't going to walk out to the parking lot and do it on your car
😂
When will u be at Costco again??
