I bought m y first trek in 2019 a 2020 domino sl6. One week later after cleaning it I noticed fingerprints inside the clear coat all over the top tube . Took it back to store that sells trek bike and manager told me they could not do anything since I rode the bike for 10 miles. posted pictures on fb and wall! There was a person that works for trek and msg me and told me to send him pictures. @ days later he told me to take it back to the store and show manager his email to me, 4 days later trek gave me a new bike
