It might be because I've seen The Carbonaro Effect show first but these tricks seem off to me.
Agreed. I don't know which came first, but while the performances are both good, these guys don't seem as concerned with masking the fact that they're doing magic so they don't bother bullshitting the victims like Michael does.
@@samgod Agreed. For The Carbonaro Effect he pretends his tricks are ordinary everyday things or in other cases seems just as confused as the spectator to throw them off. On this though he mostly just does a trick out of nowhere and he stops there.

@@brettcasale don't know about Tricked, but the Carbonaro Effect doesn't use camera tricks or plants. But they do have more editing that I'd like.
