Did you ever get the light working? My fuses are fine, but I shorted or arced the rear dome lamp when installing a light lol. Now the lights work all funky

Question, when you take the fuse panel cover off, there is a 3 wire plug in there ( yellow, blue and purple). Do you know what that plug is for? My 04 Tahoe has it and it’s not plugged into anything. Thank you!

So, this was the issue in my 05 Sierra... I replaced it and it started working. Blew again shortly after. Replaced again and blew when I started the truck... Sigh, does anybody have any idea?

My '02 Door and kick panel lights come on when I open the door, but dome lights don't come on (with dome light override on or off). I can push the buttons on the map lights and they will come on. All fuses inside and under the hood are good. Anybody got an idea?

Why does it sound like the motor's running?

Watching this video gave me a flashback to the time when I twisted the head off the oil pressure sending unit on my ‘98 Camry. Talk about that terrible sinking feeling…it was a bear to get that stem out.
