Hi Giselle! I loved the advice you gave! I'm applying to MITES and I'm really passionate about STEM, but I'm not sure if my extracurriculars display that as well. Do you have any advice? Particularly on the essays
Most of my advice is in the video, but I would say to make your essays are well rounded!

Hey Giselle! I really appreciate the advice, as I’m looking to apply for mites this upcoming semester. I do have a few questions though about if I get accepted. 1. About how many hours per day in the summer do I have to attend online meetings? 2. If I can’t attend a meeting for any reason, what am I supposed to do?
Hello there! 1. The amount of work hours really depends on your course's chosen. I did electrical engineering so that meant work was 20 to 30 hours a week(including class time). 2. I would ask the program heads because they may have changed the rules.

Aww thanks for the support! I actually applied to only a handful including MITES, NASA SEES, Pioneer Academics, and LLRISE. I think the most important thing is choosing a free program because they are viewed in higher regard.
