When you have two plums you don’t want to go to waste, you get creative ✨ I made Austrian Plum Cake, aka Zwetschgenkuchen. This cake was soooooo good 😌 1 cup all-purpose flour ½ cup brown sugar, plus 2 tablespoons for sprinkling 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 stick room-temperature salted butter, cut into 1-tablespoon pieces 1 large egg, plus 1 large egg yolk ( I didn’t have a 2nd egg, so I used an alternative and made a “Chia Seeds Egg” which is 2 tablespoons chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix in a small bowl and let sit to the side until ready to use) 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 Medium Plum Powdered sugar, for dusting Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour - 1 Hour & 15 minutes. Enjoy 💕
