#ai Isn't a Magic Bullet to Fix Your Organizations Problems
Everyone’s talking about AI like it’s going to solve every business problem overnight. AI isn’t a magic wand. If your data is messy, your processes are broken, and your team isn’t ready, AI is just going to make things worse, not better. It amplifies what already exists within your organization.
So before you jump into AI thinking it’s the answer, let’s talk about what actually works:
✅ Clean data-If your data is all over the place, AI can’t help you.
✅ Solid processes-AI won’t fix inefficiencies; it will just automate bad workflows.
✅ The right mindset-AI is a tool, not a replacement for strategy or decision-making.
AI is powerful when used correctly, but without the right foundation, it’s just an expensive experiment. Instead of chasing AI hype, focus on getting your house in order first.

    Thank you for this. I'm a web developer with a new lightweight ERP-like offering and it's very helpful to learn principles from the history of heavyweight implementations. The discussion at the end about not importing all available historic data goes against my instincts so I'm glad to have been exposed to that part.

    Hey , interesting content in your channel I appreciate your effort to make it easier to apply digital transformation in government entities Here a situation 😅😅😅 I am in a new government organization Not mature Not standardized No complete approved processes No clear governance No authority matrix Strategy is in building process ( 2024-2030) I am a digital transformation guy What do you suggest to start with ?
