Minimizing waiting will reduce the cance for accidents caused by speeding, hoping to beat another person out the parking lot and be *that* much quicker

It offers better flow internal to the parking lot but fails in the flow of getting out of the parking lot. The original design has many ways out the new design uses only one point of egress.

Hello. I'll give you a little tip (in case you're interested) TestFit already does jobs that I haven't seen in any software yet. It is a geometric evolution for someone who designs urban development like me. If it is not too difficult, it would be interesting to include the hydraulic, sewer and rainwater pipes AND electrical installations. The inclusion of “manholes” would also be interesting. In Brazil, we call it PV and rainwater catchers. This would be fantastic for anyone doing land development, whether horizontal or vertical.
