Yum! 😋 ❤ As someone who has very little knowledge of macros, I find your hauls so interesting and educational! Did you find checking macros in Australia ok? Ive heard some expats drop calorie counting because they're typically not reported on Aussie goods.
Thank you so much for watching! 😀Calories are a bit more difficult for me to track in Australia because they use kilojoules which is a different measure than used in US. So one calorie is equal to 4.2 kilojoules, which means lots of maths for me haha. I also find there's less 'protein products' - but when I was back in May I was seeing more options! And lots of regular proteins of course - meats, greek yogurt, egg whites, etc!
