Being a member of Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC), I was at Hockley Valley Resort at the end of October spending my 2 full days testing vehicles from different categories brought here by their manufacturers. The goal of this annual Testfest is to pool together the collective talents and votes of AJAC members resulting in Canadian Car of the Year (CCOTY), Canadian Utility Vehicle of the Year, Canadian Electric Car of the Year and Canadian Electric Utility Vehicle of the Year.
Due to reasons beyond my grasp, many manufacturers have chosen not to showcase their products at TestFest. Of notable absence and of much regret are Germany's (except BMW) and North American's big 3 (with exception of Volvo). Mind you, they are still all in but just not here physically. If Asian cars are the only ones you care, then what you see in the video is all what you need and want.
