Without that shield erlang is a problem. Once you get the strategy it's alot easier.
I finally defeated this guy. Took me around 20 times. I really couldn’t dictate what got me the win. I kinda just threw every spell I had into the second phase
You don't even need every spell just Cloud step, Aparnaa bat, and Plantam fan is enough. But only if you pair it with Sunset of nine sky's and Golden Armor set to increase your Qi generation

I’m in NG++ I’m using 3x fans curios Will o the wisp Lantern holder spirit I’m getting around 10,600ish will each time. Most I’ve got was 10,647 Has anyone found any better farms? This is the best I know of

ok you need to put some skill points on your transformation
go to reignite the sparks, go to the transformations skill tree, got to ferocious form and put at least 3 points on there. thats why your explosion is not strong enough to take out the spiders. hope dt helps
If u dont have enough skill points, finish them off with taming wind.... the best is to start off with the dao's staff to increase the attack power in a circle, launch the blast from the two-headed mouse, and finish off with taming wind

Go to Jade pools and there’s an entrance with the sacks hanging from the ceiling. Turn into the ashen transformation and explode. It will clear out the full entrance. If you have the golden carp and the head armor that increases drop rate of silk. You get silk almost every time and this takes less than 30 seconds to do.
Withered silk worm, and silk, are two separate crafting mats.
