I have this chromebook, and I followed your video on how to open it up, and unplug and replug the battery, had to solder the microsd port, but i did get it charging but CAN'T GET IT TO BOOT, no matter what I do. Any idea what I might try?? THANK YOU!

I got up this morning and all I could think about was a delicious cup of coffee to start my day. But my 'trusty' old Keurig 2.0 coffee maker got the 'white screen of doom', for like the 4th time in 5 years. And, this video saved my morning once again... Thank you so much!

Listen I just had a different display problem and had to look for a bit to find this video again (fixed the white screen last time) thank you for this video it’s helped me twice now.

Tried your solution 4 times….didn’t work. This is not a fix for screen blank problems.

This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.

If anyone comes to this video in 2023 or later, there is an extra step now required due to ChromeOS security updates. Run the following four commands in the console: 1. shell 2. sudo sh ~/Downloads/crouton -e -t xfce 3. sudo install -Dt /usr/local/bin -m 755 ~/Downloads/crouton 4. sudo startxfce4 The GitHub repository has more information about these changes.

Unplug the power cord. Press the large button. Plug the unit in with button pressed. Wait 3 seconds. Release button. Voila - presto chango - it’s fixed.

My trusty Keurig 2.0's screen turned white after a power outage the other night. I thought the thing was fried, so I was getting ready to order a replacement Keurig. That, or try to take the thing apart or get it repaired. But after finding this video I decided to give it a try. And wouldn't you know it, after two attempts, it actually worked! I'm actually amazed! Thank you so much! You probably saved me $200 for a replacement Keurig machine.... :-)

Thanks for this Jack. I was working on a project out of town. The staff's Keurig 2.0 had this same issue you mentioned. Honestly, I did not know they were having this problem until I wanted a coffee one morning. It was bothering me. So I took matters into my own hand. And I found your video. Again thanks for the DYI fix. Your instructions were on point. Plus, I found out the pack holder, housing and the base can be removed to clean easier ( from owner's manual - pg 6 ). Thanks again.

Mine is still the same. It’s like it has no electricity going to it, like dead. I can’t even press on that little clock on the screen. But thank you. It was worth a try. I may have not cleaned for too long perhaps.

I just did this and it totally worked. You have to pretend the button on the bottom right is there and touch it and it will initiate the heating. It took me doing it two times in a row and then unplugging for 1 min and viola! Thank you!!

Also, noticed, on mine, with the blank white screen, if you look at the screen from the side, you can see the LCD pixels faintly for the menu. Not a solution, but a way to see the screen menu barely

Works after 2 attempts.

All you did was drain the capacitors and allow the thing to reset. The only necessary step was unplugging it and leaving it unplugged long enough for the capacitors to completely empty. The true fix is to push the wire connector from the screen to the circuit board. It gets loose from the opening and closing of the top.
