How can they sound so good? There is some bits that feels like it needs some improvements in this speakers. But yet they sound really good for their price. Thats around 600 us dollars or 6000 sek. Plz like and subscribe. Thx!

Hi! My name i Sonny and i live in the middle of (right now pretty damn cold) sweden :) I like good sound and diy, like to build most things. i have been on youtube for some time, but this is like my first upload, but more to come :) I have used some speakers like swans floorstanders, kef bookshelf, elacs and some more. Also before this eddies i got some diy open baffle speakers, that i still ha...
Man, i bought these last week, simply one of the best investments Of my money . For some unique products like these, OUTSTANDING would also be an understatement. ❤
The woofer reference is from Klipsch!!
Зачем я это смотрел? 😂😂😂
Something that really bothers me with edifier speakers is that whenever I watch a teardown on them, it is always that same, one sad little piece of filing on the cabinet, usually right behind the woofer. This is from the entry level speakers to high end ones like this. Why?! Just why. Either edifier engineers have determined that cabinet filing is non critical and that will do, or they are cheapening out big time on something that costs virtually nothing compared to overall price. It's concerning. I hear good things about this kit but I feel put off looking at things like this, considering the price for them is quite substantial in my region and it's not a casual purchase. PS. and the plastic tweeter as well, kinda disappointing.
Dziękuję za filmik, już nie muszę zaglądać do swoich 😅
is the speaker basket on that thing is diecast? impressive build!
Pouvez-vous me dire la surface de votre pièce s’il vous plaît ? Possédez vous toujours ce modèle ? Vous a t il apporté satisfaction ? Excellente vidéo. Merci.
I owned these speaker. Its great. But I wanna know if there is any possibility to make these speaker to passive and as well as active using provided crossover ..My intention is to use these speakers with my onkyo HT sometime. Thanks.
I'm wondering about the architecture of the wireless master to slave transmitting! While testing Airpulse A300Pro I made an assumption that each speaker has it's own mono DAC and amp (each speaker has one balanced input). That's making digital signal transmitted to a slave speaker without change and converted there on mono DAC. This architecture makes them so fantastic. But in same time the AUX input located on the Airpulse's master speaker is useless because of double digital-to-analog conversion. Edifier S3000 has both balanced inputs on the master speaker. I think that it has stereo DAC, then the left channel analog signal is converted back to digital to transmit to the slave where it's again passing through DAC. While testing my own S3000 I have a strong feeling that the left slave speaker sounds less detail than the master one. If I design the architecture I would try to avoid double conversion at least for digital input (for analog input it's not possible). But I do not believe Chinese product would do that. So, If I'm right, like @luca_rr4660, I wish to modify them and make the connection wired. Like S2000MKIII but with balanced input.
На сколько процентов по громкости играю?!
Hi. Could you tell how are these speakers after 2 years?
Good video, thanks! Do you think it would be possible to make the left speaker wired? (I don't like the wireless signals all the time.)
I'm looking to buy these, can you explain { why not all the time}?
@@dallrevenge9256 The embedded S3000th DAC is sux. I use external one with balanced cable. But I feel like slave one sounds worse because of air transmission that assumes analog->digital->analog. Maube I had to buy 2000MKI
@@dallrevenge9256just buy it if u haven’t already. SIMPLY MINDBLOWING set of speakers. Hard to explain how incredible they sound for their size @.
Are they good speakers for TV and movies ?
Excellent audio. Which are your sources?
Bass response is good ? Respect 351 db ?
I've had these speakers for a year, can confirm they are wonderful
Did you upgrade? Or why did you get rid of them?
Thanks for the video. In it, you showed us the speaker with the inputs. As S3000 is wireless between the two speakers, may i know if the other speaker has its own amplifier on top of the wireless receiver? Thanks in advance.
Hello! I am interested in the signal being transmitted from the master to the slave: is it an amplified signal for the tweeter, and another one for the woofer + the gnd?
Did you figure out? I believe analog signal is converted into digital and then back to analog on a second speaker. I have feeling that secondary speaker sounds less detail ((
Hi. Do you still have these speakers? And are they really good? Advance Thanks for your reply
Magnet is fricking massive!
Question are there any 8-prong OPAMPS on the mainboard.
Hi Sonny, would you be able to upload some more short videos with different genres of music, that will be even more helpful.
I wouldn't open mine, or any other speaker, unless I really have to. Loosening screws and putting them back might wear out the threads a little, which might not be good for the rigidity of the installation of the speakers in the cabinet. Long term, cabinet resonance might come earlier.

Hi how robust is the wifi connection between L and R? Have you had any drop outs? How do they pair up to the wifi exactly please? Thanks

You have great personality 🙏🤭
Are the legs being removed or are they glued?
Super! Thx :)
Do we need an audio interface for these speakers?
Hi! No they have Bluetooth 5.0 :)
@@SonnyTheSwede : so , can we need an amplifier for these speakers to improve sound quality ? I have just bought them yesterday.
@@hiennguyenquang6488No, no amp but you can use a reciver with rca front out or you can use a good pre amp or streamer with balanced xlr output for improved sound :)
@@SonnyTheSwede thank you for your advise
How do these speaker work for turntable/vinyl?
You need to buy an external phono preamplier
Klipsch the Fives is way much better than this..
😄
Is it because you have them? xD
😂
I would guess that a 4 ohm woofer. Am i correct?
its a 6in speaker
In this video any sub was there?
Hey! As I can remember they was not turned on

If you want you can check my twitch www.twitch.tv/sonnytheswede for building progres with new diy speakers :) Thx for watching mates!
Hi Sonny, thanks for video. What connection on this video?
In this i think the connection is rca from my marantz reciver. But when im really listening to music its balanced xlr from the cambridge audio cxn (v2)
@@SonnyTheSwede you mean Cambridge AMP drive to s3000pro is better than normal using?
@@ozgurduman8684 I dont know about that. But the cambridge is a great streamer for the money and driving with xlr just becouse its posible. havent done any a-b testing :)
@@SonnyTheSwede Sonny mate, yours system is my dream. Are you using for really listening just Cambridge streamer + edifier 3000 on xlr connection?
Since this speakers are wirelessly connected to each other only, so no cable between left and right and no input accept the power cable on the left speaker, Edifer is extremly confident about the wireless connection and also about their Digiatl to Analog Converters (DAC) inside. Because the left speaker only gets an digital input and converts it. So I wouldn't worry about the digital inputs (optical, bluetooth aptx HD and USB) since the conversation from digital to analog will always happen inside the speakers. As long the source is good enough you shouldn't worry. BUT you have to give the speakers at lest 20-30h of break in time. In the beginning they sound a bit sharp but soften up later. They really really sound amazing and Im really impressed. Im happy I decided for this speakers and not anx other brand which I was looking into. They got very nice super tight Bass. Clear mids and very detailed highs. And you can actually use them for almost everything. From music mixing to movie watching. Just change the presets.
what are you think about the room with 45-50 m2, how they will it fill with sound? i'm plan to buy it but i'm woried they are not enought for that room size? thanks in advance for your opininon.
dont worry, the are more than enough. I used them in a small room and had to return them, they were just way too much. Definitely need some space.
Hi, Do You find the white isolation foam inside enough for the speaker, or it needs more foam? Was the bottom of the cabinet also covered with some soft material? And finally - did You upgrade the speaker? You wanted to pimp it.
Hi! Unsure if the foam is enogh, you can for sure try and see :) Yes i have built in the elements and electronics in a pair of floor standing speakers now, but they are in sealed boxes now and i have the long throwing tang bands for the low end and with 2 slave units per box. Pretty happy with how they sound! But gonna replace the slaves to some SB Acoustics that i baught :)
What's the song?
Karl Casey THE SYSTEM has failed.
Wow, great video!
Where they have FUSE ?
Hi peter! I can check later!
@@SonnyTheSwede - thanks, please check, waiting for your respond.
@@PeterMacPL Hi Peter! I have checked, but didnt see the fuse. Its probely in the power box thats wrapped with a coopper cheet, you need to unsolder that to see
great video. i know this needs no sub but if i want to add one, how do i do it?
It depends how you are using them. Is it with bluetooth only it will be tricky
@@SonnyTheSwede I will be using them with the TV or the pc. So is it through the splitter only?
@@sharathchandra95 Ok. Splitter you mean rca splitter?
@@SonnyTheSwede yes
@@sharathchandra95 Ok! Yeah rca splitter is probably the best then and cheapest :) If you want more control then maby a dsp. Im running a helix dsp 3 at home, thats a car dsp. Used it for my open baffle speakers before :)
Great video! I've been tempted to take mine apart, but didn't want to potentially damage them. I'm most impressed with the cast basket and huge motor structure on that mid-bass driver. Can you tell me if the basket is metal or plastic? All I can say, is that these speakers are phenomenal for the price and would still be a deal at twice the price. Edifier knocked this one out of the park!
Pretty sure that the basket is metal :)
@@SonnyTheSwede Thank you!
Greetings and thanks for this good video, I want to buy these S3000Pro for my PC but I need to know exactly how much each of these speakers weigh, thank you. PS: Do you think it will be a lot of speakers for a PC? I intend to use these for entertainment and record my podcasts, thanks.
They may work pretty fine as pc speakers. Depanding on the rom size. The weight of each speaker is around 9-10kg
@@SonnyTheSwede Thanks amigo.

What's point of analog connection, when speakers are paired with bluetooth?
I have them hooked up with balanced xlr from cambridge streamer. Or do you meen between the speakers?

Can you add a subwoofer to these speakers?
Nope they dont have any sub
@@SonnyTheSwede "Can you add an extra subwoofer"
@@Alex.R.O.P Nope.
@@samuel.wilson with an external dac you can.
How about the another speaker unit, I own this speaker model and wish to see what's inside another speaker unit too, curious what inside, there is 128w per unit
Yes 128w per channel, 120w bass/mid driver and 8w tweeter. Don't be fooled by the fact that the tweeter is only 8w. It is very powerfull and efficient. Total 256w RMS.
One speaker has an emitter, the other a receiver. They communicate trough Kleernet, it uses 2 bands to transmit the signal to the slave speaker 5.2ghz and 5.8ghz.
