To be fair, Universal's value hotels are consistently cheaper (by $40+) than many outside hotels even before the additional Orlando Informer patron discount. Plus, many of Universal's midrange offerings are the same price as outside hotels, andUSO guests get the benefit of park transportation and early park admission should they choose to pay for a day pass or stay an additional day outside of the event. It may be good to tell people to do a lot of comparative shopping and think about their trip goals before they buy. But with that said, I appreciate a specific name for an alternate hotel suggestion (with walking path!) for those who already know they don't want to stay at Universal because, you're right, there are other Florida offerings, like Disney World and all the attractions on International Blvd., that would make an offsite hotel worth considering.

We still ride Forbidden Journey multiple times each trip though. We love it!

This ride is great. It does make one a bit motion sick, but the Simpsons is by far the most vomit inducing across all of the parks.

I totally agree with almost everything. The only thing Is I wouldn’t get the oi ticket at 3 cause you really can’t do much until 5 then til 8. Aka wasted time, extra money you have to spend on drinks or food. Just go get your tix @ 8. Day time guess are out and good starts at 9. Plus you’re fresh and your feet won’t hurt from walking around doing nothing for 5 hours before 9pm.

IT IS SUPER FUN! It gets you really hyped up and it doesn’t even go that fast, its just the perfect amount of fast lol, but you should definitely get on there you won’t regret it! It’s like 3-5 minutes long

I live in North Al. and can only go one time a year. (really like HHN) Do you think that any annual pass would be beneficial to me. I would travel by plane, so no vehicle. I would want to stay on-site and the RP would be in range.

This is a good move! Due to the fact that they're kicking Disney's platinum-made butts in the box office and reviews!

I can't rationalize this as anything less than an hour and ten minute wait. If you're at the park in a line at 7 to get into Hagrid's at 8:10, that's 70 minutes to me.
