Have you tried any other launch monitors in your small space? Just got one set up in my garage but don’t want to spend a lot of money on a launch monitor.

I love this app. If they can negotiate a launch monitor integration (direct not CSV) it will be best in class app. However I suspect launch monitor companies will make it difficult and attempt to copy.

This from David’s biggest fan. Without the injuries he would have overtaken Tiger and Tigers legacy would not be what it is. Though a lil late to the party, I was stunned that Scott did not mention the "blade on blade" design feature of the Icons, which Mr. Hogan introduced in the late 60's, integrated into many sets, with that particular design feature being chosen by Jeff Sheets, whom I'm sure that Scott knows, as he designed for Spalding's Top Flight, along with Sites' Group(Impact Engineering), who put the now Iconic Hogan iron poster together, showing every Hogan iron ever produced up to that time, in looking to choose a design for the 1999 Hogan Apex MB irons. He chose the "blade on blade" design, which was also used in the 2003 50th Anniversary irons, with both being Endo forged. The '99 Apex are widely considered by many to be the single finest Hogan iron ever produced, with the 05's not far behind. I was just surprised that with that design feature being one of Mr. Hogan's greatest contributions to iron making, along with the underslung hosel, with the current Icon irons being a larger version of the '05 Apex irons(which had two "blade on blades" versus the '99 irons had one "blade on blade"), that neither you nor he mentioned the blade on blade feature, lineage & history, as it figured into a few of the greatest Hogan irons EVER produced, with the current Icons being a homage to the 2005's. I've got a bunch of Hogan sets, including the 99's, 03's 50th Anniversary along with a set of chrome PTx Pros & Icons. All world class irons!! Regardless, nice interview🤙 Continued Success👊 RP

Like two salesmen… FFS cut the crappy intershot dialogue and do a proper comparison. Visitor gets warm with own driver.. results are X. Gets *warmer and dialled in* with PXG driver.. big, big surprise, results are X+. Why is there never a return to the original driver? ? ?

It’s a bit concerning that your unsure if your catching it thin or heavy and reviewing these irons. These irons are similarly lofted to the srixon zx7mkii. The 480 mc and tc are 2-3 degrees weaker than other brands in their category.

Interesting collab video recently posted by @EFGMC (Mobile Club Maker) and @MrShortGame..mats reduce spin. They sprayed water on the mat, then placed a dry ball down. The water recuded friction between the ball and the mat, and spin increased by about 1,000rpm.

I play the 225's and am looking at the 245's. Not sure if it's an upgrade for me as I don't need higher launch & I spin it pretty good. They seem to be slightly more forgiving but very similar.

Do these fit true to size?

Love the concept and supporting a company making clubs here in tbhe states. Curious on the micro grooves and their legality per USGA regulations. The depth wouldn't be an issue, but the minimum spacing seems like it would be.

I just got my 923 Forged irons delivered from Mizuno the other day. I must say I was not too happy with how sloppy of a job they did on my clubs. The ferrules are a mess on every iron and there is golf grip solvent caked all over the shafts and semi wet, sticky solvent all over the grips. I almost feel like returning them but at the same time, I don’t want to be a jerk about it. But I’ve never had irons delivered to me that were anything less than perfect from Mizuno over the years. It kind of felt like less than the greatest care went into the building of my clubs, that’s all.

Totally agree here. These wedges are awesome. Coming from a SM8 vokey, these are 10x more forgiving and still spin very well

Earlier today, I actually purchased the Mizuno Pro 245 irons 6-GW. I was previously playing Gen 3 PXG 0311P irons with Titleist Vokey 56 and 60 degree wedges. As you know, the Mizuno irons have standard lofts for the PW of 43 degrees and for the GW 48 degrees. I am debating whether I need to reevaluate my lofts for my SW and LW based on the stronger lofts for the Mizuno irons. I am interested to hear what you chose for your wedge lofts and your rationale. Thanks.

I play the 245 , fitted at Mizuno in Cumbernauld Scotland , if the fitting is using the interchangeable head they feel nothing like the actual irons 👍

Beautiful clubs and those wedges look amazing. I was fitted and ordered 245's which are on the way. Of all the various clubs i hit, 245's were statistically best for me. Love the look and feel. First time Mizuno purchase.

How did these compared to the S 23 from Mizuno?

Is that an aluminum ferrule?

Ventus Black is by far the best driver shaft I have ever played. I've probably tried about 40 to 50 shafts. Have a great season.

Just got fit for the MP 245 myself. While, my launch, peak height and descent angles looked good, I certainly saw low spin numbers- mid-4,000rpm with some of the shafts I tested. In the end the DG Mid 115 gave me the best spin numbers (Project X IO 6.0 was second) hovering around 5400-5500rpm. I play the Pro V1x (and currently testing the ‘24 Tp5) which should give me more than enough spin to play with.

The true test is about 10 mins into hitting their driver you go back to yours, you will find you hit yours better as well, not saying the pxg is horrible but that is just a way to sell more drivers.

So this is not hate love your channels. The guy totally rushed u when warming up. I would say u were warm when u started to hit the pxg! That’s how they do it imo… Mr. Short Game said you have to get warm before you go or in the parking lot. They rush ya. The pxg is a good driver! Don’t get me wrong. It ant the best! IMO!

Going next Sat ! Have tried the new Ping and Callaway and it will be interesting to see how it compares. I’m dying to replace my 3 season old Cobra.
