I love everything Zakk has recorded from No Rest for the Wicked up to and including the first Book of Shadows album. I think his Pride and Glory stuff has some especially tasty playing. I like some of his BLS stuff - Stillborn, Born to Lose, ...Beginning at Last, Concrete Jungle. I actually like his riffs/songs from BLS rather than just his leads.

You can tell a lot about a guitar player by the way he plays the blues. These guys can't even stay in rhythm while playing this relatively simple blues song. It's funny when Nuno fanboys scream about Nuno not being in Rolling Stone's "best guitar player of all time" list.

I personally like different types of solos and styles Sometimes you want to be melodic in a song and sometimes I looks for very robot type scales and sometimes just wammy noises or effects with my sustainiac or dead switch It just depends on song or mood . I played with a much better guitarist then me for a long time but everything he did was too melodic got annoying .

Nuno studying all the possibilities in one solo! You can't find a weak spot on Nuno's performance. Everything's perfect. It's Nuno after all.

While I have respect for all of the guitarists involved, this hurts my ears to listen to. They pretty much ruined this song. I don't think Gary Moore would be very impressed. The song was supposed to poignant and heartfelt, not a bunch of egotistical guitar heroes flexing their muscles and trying to look cool.

I like this Vai's playing - he just play simple clean arpeggios in 1-2-3 positions... Just chords.... But he does that awesome, without overplaying!
