CHEESY BAKED OYSTER IN GARLIC BASIL BUTTER SAUCE
This video will show you the way of cleaning and preparing the fresh oysters and my recipe for the Cheese baked oysters in butter garlic-basil sauce.
Ingredients:
1. 1 tbsp olive oil
2. 1/2 cup butter
3. 1/2 cup chopped garlic
4. 2 tbsp chopped basil
5. grated quickmelt cheese
6. salt and pepper
6. oysters
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 180° C
2. Prepare a tray with rock salt to hold the oyster lever while baking
3. Clean the outer shells, pour boil water on oysters and wait to slightly open so you can separate the shells in half easily
4. In a pan put olive oil, butter, garlic and basil and wait until cooked
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. Pour the sauce in oysters and place it in a tray
7. Bake for 15 minutes at 180° C

How do you keep it from molding??
Hi lysha! keep the mixture in a dry place for 24 hours until it molded and continue to put in the heated oven to remove all moisture.
Use distilled water.
My powders were not that colorful when thrown in the air :( why? I used liquid food coloring just like yours added a large amount of food coloring, got the color that I wanted when in its in the drying process but when the finish product was thrown in the air, it wasn't that colorful.
you have to choose a better quality of food coloring or maybe your mixture is not right. try the mixture of 1 cup of cornstarch and 1/3 cup of water and let it dry and must be cracked before putting in the oven.

hi Nathan! I'm not measuring the ingredients, i'm just estimating the qty of cornstarch, water and food coloring.. but here are some measurements for your guide, 1 cup cornstarch 1/3-1/2 water 1 table spoon of coloring or as many as you like

@yosoymia try to buy kahit entry level canon lang.. ang problem ko kasi sa nikon is most of their cameras kasi 24fps lang ang capture rate.. sa canon usually may options na 24, 30, 60fps(frames per second). which is useful pag: 24fps - movie style, and 60fps - basic slow motion shots :)
miababe what's you cam? if dslr, i suggest you get a 50mm f/1.8 or 1.4 lens, it's the best when it comes to low light photo and video :)
