If u r from UP, U should opt 4 Noida even when U can afford buying property in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai etc. Because these states have rampant, in ur face Racism against people from UP Bihar. Jaat and Punjabis have superiority complex and look down on people from UP, ditto for south indians and Marathi maanush. Buy where u can let ur future generation live in peace with dignity. Avoid all other states, Noida and Lucknow are the easily the best options. For Job Noida and for business Lucknow should be ur base. I hope this gives you perspective. ❤

The reason of posting this whole story is just to keep people safe of all what happened with me. First of all, builder is completely fraud. I booked a flat with booking amount of Rs 51000 and they said, any period of time if you are not able to continue, you will just have to send a mail and we will refund whole amount within 15 days. On their full assurance I transferred asked amount. but after market research, I found that quality of project is very very poor as they says that they are using ash brick but they are using all red bricks of very low quality, all wires and tiles are local and very poor quality. So, I asked them to cancel after 7 days of my booking. It has been 4 months since I am following up but they are not refunding my amount. everytime I call they say that refund will be done next week for sure but that next week has not yet come. I gave them a booking my hard earn money and now its all gone. I met some more people online who says their money is also not refunded and its been 9-10 months. mostly stuck with 1 lac but some of them have 5 lac refund amt. I had a telephonic conversation with one of the person who has refund of 5 Lac went to thier office and asked for refund. ofcourse things got heat up and yelling started. one of the Capital athena staff hit him and called police, so rather listening to that customer, police took him in custody and he had to go police station. after telling whole incident to police, police said you should have checked that the project is involved in legal bettle and thier is 6 FIR against builder already. but nohting has happned to him. police said him rather getting into fights and all either you take them to court or better to forget your money. As being a common man, its not possible to fight with these big fraud people bcs all athorities are with them, including local police, and athority. I didnt get any help from anyone. Cannot explain how much efforts I have done and how much petrol I have wasted but practically, wasting so much time and money for Rs 51000 is not possible so I have given up now. capital athena is a big fraud builder, they can do anything to make you fall in thier trap. Problem in not only with the behaviour of capital athen staff but project is of highly poor quality, very very costly as per quality and whole staff is cleaver frauds. Sharing my experience to let people know that how fraudsters are working in capital athena. This is my whole bitter experience and I am sharing it on all the plateforms wherever I can do in hope that it may help someone.

The project is delayed and builder is giving false commitments for possesion of Tower A. Builder has not finished the work and hence not getting OC for Tower A . Management does not treat buyer's well. Most of the comments you see here are paid and made by the owner, truth is that you pay the full amount and the team around you would start making fun with the words NEXT MONTH and this is the practice since 2021. Residents who bought apartments in 2020 are waiting for registrati. vanshika and megha both la solara employees act oversmart and laughing on buyer.

Maintenance is pretty high compared to services they provide , one of the problematic thing with this society is its branding on the name of IAS, trust they will make your life hell , they use their power to grab your parking space and can even harass you at times

Construction quality is not good , I lived here fir almost an year on rented accommodation for around 6 months
