You think this was bad, I drove for 14 hrs straight to London to go to the dsm meet and my car broke down. A week after I lost my job I spent majority of the money I had left sending my car back home. I never made the dsm meet in time. Luckily I was going to New York the week after and I managed to go to the flagship store. Still super fucking pissed I didn’t make it

I love seeing the back end of all of this, but I give alot of credit to Fugazi. The customer service is like no other, UPS lost a pair of pants I bought from fugazi and fugazi replaced them with next day air at no charge to me. Keep in mind big companies have sent me the wrong items before and basically told me to eat shit, so its nice seeing a smaller company actually care about there customers !!
