i LIKE THAT dark woods , stones , colors & looks like of Mansion, is like Medieval style look to it.. like it & i cant believe still in Market after a year pass by and soo close to the city too , is really nice & Private, would nice that pond was Bigger like a lake size, after all is to woody woody for me , i like lime stones & that kinda of stone & marbles everywhere instead, that to much woods is more like cabin/log house to me ..maybe because i am from California

The people who saw the 2008 crash coming didn't look at mortgage standards, foreclosures, or number of homes available -- those didn't indicate anything wrong until shortly before the crash. The people who predicted the 2008 crash well in advance looked at the ratio of incomes to house prices, which is more out-of-whack now than it was in the lead-up to 2008. More people need to read "How Markets Fail" by John Cassidy.
