IMHO, it only gets good after Emma inserts the virus and the game moves you to Arsenal Gear. This game has a ton of flaws that are forgotten because the end of the game numbs the pain.

@@YuuyaKZMI I disagree, this game had some really good story beats and it was all aimed to puppet you along. The ending made everything make sense but for the most part we were left clueless and the plot twists after each boss reveals that everyone seems to know something we don't and we were constantly out of the loop of things...we just followed orders like a good boy. Codec is where most of this magic happens, even without cutscenes the story narrative delivers on all fronts. This was "solid" writing, yes it has its flaws but for a PS2 game dude you can excuse some of the negatives, this was already an ambitious project and really the game that put Kojima on the map (well MGS1 did but the popularity of 2 exploded the franchise).

@@Jameslawz I played through the entirety of Sons of Liberty, never found an interesting story piece outside of what I mentioned. The writing was bare bones and I wanna say almost lazy until the parts I mentioned. Nostalgia is a very bad drug, don't take it if you want to argue against someone.

@@shoomp1030 Raiden should've been a unique fighter, with his MGR moveset. Venom Snake should've been the echo fighter.

Check out breakcore if you like that sound. It's a cool genre.

I don't think you're mistaken. One of the themes in MGS is that you're a soldier on a battlefield, killing just like everyone else. And somehow you're the good guy because of your sense of justice, duty, or honor? You'll only survive if you "keep fighting for what you believe in". And believe in what you're fighting for. That's what makes you the good guy. This goes for Raiden, Solid Snake, Big Boss especially, and of course Solidus.

Like hell, you are! And pardon my assertiveness to this comment, but what I am about to say is nothing more but the truth: Twilight Touch was, always is, and will be the fashion staple of PS Home. We were high amongst the most recognized group/organization that catered to the entire community. Whereas players that would discriminate against the person that ran the group (we were never a "family", but an ACTUAL group of fashionistas), we were closely partnered with every developer in-Home and OUTSIDE of it as well. This channel paved many ways for the members to get their foot in the door to whatever job they desired. The fact that our articles were shown in every Home region, video included, screamed volumes about our content, and then some. All of this, and with little to no programs: just Windows Live Movie Maker, WMM 6.0, Adobe After Effects, and a LOT of maturing, alongside goals and dreams achieved. Mentorship? I have over 200+ articles written WHILE editing my very own videos and I've mentored many women AND men in the game. When people were spreading nonsense about me regarding which avatar gender I used, and how I wish to conceal my identity to reach out to the community, I've managed to be a content creator for many developers and to this day, I still have a great relationship with them. I simply chose to ignore the naysayers. Hard work? I never sucked up to anyone, and I didn't NEED an organization to rep my content, but instead, I CHOSE to do it for the sake of exposure to my talents, while needed guidance on my creative writing and filming. Everything I've done, unless I've collaborated with another person, to which I would credit, were all on my own. I've created my very first Magazine albeit crude, but it paved experience for me to continue with my publication *on my own*. Dedication? I managed to work with PS Talent, PS Home Gazette, Gamer Indepth, and finally HSMagazine until closure. I literally--LITERALLY--catered to everyone and gave chances before many would compile the notion of internet fame. I'm not knocking anyone's hustle whatsoever. In fact, kudos to you for doing what your group has done. But THIS channel has dedicated to the PlayStation Home platform, and it shows and highlights--even details--my passion for fashion both in the real-world and virtual and it has continued to my other channel where I've contributed time to many games and even helped gave strata to developers to improve upon how we utilize character customizations in many games even that YOU play. Case in point: Twilight Touch did it better and this channel proves that.

To be fair, this is the version of the track that plays against Solidus (the mix is noticably different and there are extra portions not found on the RAY version).

Xineombine what he said ^ this version is father and son the ray version was call fight against mass produced rays while both similar father and son has more going on understandably see as it's the final boss of the game they had to make it more grander
