Sorry Rob, just saw this. It was my first time there, and I was following a friend. I was told afterwards, this area is off limits and would result in a fine if caught in it.

We are not expecting a major surge of Short Sales, just an uptick hopefully. They are in every market, good and bad, just getting up to speed on this. Also noticed that out of the 500 attendees, most agents didn't know the difference in a Short Sale vs. a Foreclosure. I am getting a few calls from people who are questioning what their options are, so I will be doing a few more educational videos on the topic. Hope all is well in your area?

@@brianbeattyhomes MOST people here (NW PA) have been in their homes (farms) forever...not like the turnover in FLA markets...for sure. I no longer hold my license (kept my Florida RE license for 3 years after moving to PA..just in case). I went through the 2008 mess...took forever for things to turn around. Short sales are very challenging...and yes, very emotional for the Seller. I remember in 2007 hearing the term Short Sale for the first time. ..a lot of title companies were helping with the negotiations...it took forever to close - as the sales were overwhelming the banks. So, yeah, don't miss it, but it is a reality and the more you can accurately educate people, the better! Kudos...
