I have purchased this for 250 euros and within 2 years must have spent 400 on repairs...! Very fun car but boy needs a lot of maintenance and repairs. Got myself a maxx v2, that is just on another level. I do however take my maverick out for a drive sometimes and am gentle with it :)

How do you change the drive mode from A to B? Mine brakes if I go up one time and then for reverse i need to push again upwards, so 2x upwards but if I reverse and wanna to forward it goes as soon as I press down

Thanks for the breakdown and showing the goods that this Arrma Typhon has to offer. For the body I use Flex Seal rubber spray. It to me works much better then drywall tape and shoe goo. It turns the inside of the body into rubber. Holds everything together awesome! $15 USD for the can and you can do 3 to 4 bodies with 3 to 4 coats each body. Other then that. Hey man ! Did the 60-100-30 diff setup. Is it normal that the runtime goes down almost 50 % ? Running 5200 2s and before I did the diff I was getting around 20 minutes from each battery. Now it's just 10 minutes. Is that normal ?

Great Vid! I have heard that the Quantums are prone to snapping the rear shock tower mounts off the rear transmission. Have you had this problem and if so, is there a solution?

Have you ever seen a real off road buggy? I can tell you they don't use droop screws. Limiting travel has never been a thing for off road vehicles. 🙄

Anyone getting this truck I recommend a shock upgrade right out of the box. Shocks are trash and if you try to fill with oil it leaks all over the place

I’ve got it dialed right down there’s no way he could handle it on max setting. I got the spare A arms with it so long as he hits nothing it should be good.
