I tried Warframe in 2020 and I liked it but never really gave enough of a chance. After then I ended dropping nearly 500 hours into destiny (which is a lot for me) destiny is by far my most played game. And then I decided to drop destiny after the final shape. I have been playing warframe and only Warframe for the past 4 weeks. Fucking love it much more than destiny

Any newbies watching this? Don't pick Excal if you care about power and over all usefulness. He is NOT a S+ jack of all trades character. He does only one thing, kill, and is not even any were close to the best. If you wanna choose the BEST frame and most useful in a wide variety of missions and can speed your missions up then choose Volt as your starting frame. He is extremely easy to get off the ground into a powerful state, has a kit that is very well rounded, hard as heck to kill, and is used in a LOT of farms by meta players.

I genuinely feel sorry for the people who are still looking forward to Elder Scrolls 6. Between the last two Fallout games, Starfield, and the endless desperate attempts to milk as much money as possible out of Skyrim, there is no evidence that Bethesda is a remotely competent developer anymore (and after what happened to Arkane and Tango, I don't think they can even be trusted as a publisher either). ES6 will probably be terrible if it ever actually comes out, so I think that the real question is whether or not Bethesda will even survive long enough to release it. I doubt they've made a profit on Starfield, and there's only so much money they can bring in from the older IP's. I doubt Microsoft will tolerate Todd for much longer. I'm glad that studios like Hello Games are out there actually making art with integrity. Folks like that are worth supporting.

I love this game so much, my only complaint is the pretty awful new player experience. You can find people to help you which is awesome! But the slots given need to be a little higher and the tutorials are so outdated and not well explained.

22:05 I would argue the Red Veil are probably the only faction that I agree with since A) since they at least give a damn about you (as a human child) B) have had a Warframe and Tenno at their center of worship for YEARS, Harrow and Rell. (meaning they understand what they can do, why they exist and the burden of the Tenno) and C) their max faction line. “You are a Fire, as feared as you are respected.” It’s just unfortunate people immediately judge them based on appearances and actions and not the reasons for them. They fight to win, and winning a war that is raging across the system ultimately means doing some truly heinous shit that would make the Geneva Conventions list of war crimes look like a to do list.

As someone who took up warframe after quitting destiny, I gotta say that it feels better in almost every way. There’s way more play styles because of the weapons and frames, each story isn’t locked behind a $20 paywall, and the gameplay feels more enjoyable and less bland. Only things I would change is the crafting time and the fact that I don’t have friends who play this

Great video honeslty, but i would honeslty like to add a bit more to the starter warframes. As all warframe players know, we can choose in the begining between 3 different warframes: mag, volt and excalibur. Excalibur is a very newbie friendly frame, easy to understand and play and becuase of that it isnt as good later on, while volt is a bit more gimmicky, but offers more in return. Even so, both of them are pretty simple, unlike mag, which is by far the hardest out of those 3 to play not just because of her gimmicks and synergies but also because in the beginning you wont have the proper resources to grasp her full potential (im refering to mods and energy generation mainly). In conclusion: Excalibur is a really simple and basic warframe that gets the job done, volt is a bit more advanced but offers more in return and mag is a more complicated warframe that can achieve a lot once you get better with her.

7:04 So. Excal Main here, started march 15 2015 (yeah really) and never stopped playing him until then (well, Umbra now, of course). Excal IS a stealthy frame too. The 2 with radius + duration makes him especially good at spy missions. Lately I even added on a config the helminth spell that auto-hack consoles. Duration + Radius 2 + 3 mainly, you can blind any camera or person and then just assasinate them pressing X. Even better if you also have toure 4 channeled. And if there's a few people you still can use the 1 after blinding them so you just kill them easily. Yet, yes, you can jsut go slashy slashy and kill everyone through walls so no one can set on the alarm, but I usually just blind them all then go to the console and autocap it.

The primes that you think are vaulted can come back in that same relay if you go to Varzia in the back left corner. There's actually a rotation that goes on and it will always have two prime warframes from the past with their weapons and prime cosmetics. So even if you did miss out, they're all obtainable by Varzia. Only Excalibur Prime in unobtainable and that is because he was meant for the founders of the game that played during beta/early access long ago. Either way you don't need Excalibur Prime because we have Excalibur and Excalibur Umbra.

The best part about Warframe is that it's about six *different* games bolted into one, and most of what you do in one version carries over into the next. I spent most of last week farming, trading, and pushing the power level on my Khora as far as it could go, did a couple of high level missions, was very satisfied with the result, and checked that goal off the list. Currently deciding on my next goal, and debating between buffing up my Necromech or cracking a ton of relics to trade for the plat I spent buffing Khora, and whichever one of those I choose to do, I'll be taking that very same Khora to those missions. It's all interlocking pieces that play into each other, you basically never start over from square 1 because there's a new seasonal power level/mechanic or a new battlepass.
