This is what practice looks like. When we only see the final results, we don't benefit from witnessing the growth process. Dr. Carol Dweck's research regarding growth mindset demonstrates that we humans ONLY become excellent through intentional practice. It's all incremental progress.

Love it! I miss Bocas del Toro so much already! It's magical, I say, MAGICAL! I love watching the raw footage--particularly on the water taxi ride, eavesdropping on the conversation in a language I barely understand. Love it! It's always so weird to return from big trips like this and again UNDERSTAND what everyone around me is talking about. I prefer the former :)
