interesting. i usually start with kick turns on transition to warm up a little, then do a few ollies, halfcabs, and pop shove its for further warming up. then get into whatever i came to the skatepark for.

I think it depends on your goal. Do you want to have a big bag of tricks for more or small bag that look nice. I'd say doing regular and fakie tricks like 10 times in a role and making them look nice is better then having all of them sw and nollie but it does suck a lot when you finally coming back to switch but a lot more fun

It's a bit overkill but you will improve a lot! Also if you enjoy it then by all means go for it! I do the same but with all basic combinations: shuv, front shuv, BS/FS 180, kickflip, heelfip, varial heel, varial flip, inward, hardflip, frontside flip, backside flip, frontside heel, backside heel, treflip and impossible. Literally in that order haha. It took very long to even be able to do all of those in one session haha, but now I have them all pretty much on lock :) What I am definitely lacking is switch hehe. So I want to start doing the exact same process but with switch. On that note, I do feel that it is important to every now and then focus on one trick. I have had sessions of only trying to figure out frontside flips for example and I do a lot of experimentation with foot positioning and body positioning and so on. And after I do one or two sessions with one trick, they start getting nicer and nicer. Repetition is good, but only if you are doing them "clean". At least for me, because I like having tricks consistent and clean hehe.

Got a similar warmup, I normally do my 5-6 most basic tricks, and I try to land 4 in a row before starting my sesh. Also great that you're skating both stances
