Yamaha 200 HPDI. Necessary maintenance !
In this video I will tell you about maintenance of the Yamaha HPDI engine .
#1 lower unit ( water pump, gear lube replacement, speedometer cleaning)
#2 fuel system (water separator filter, Vapor canisters pump filter , canister-type filter )
#2-1 medium pressure filter & mystery filters is not necessary for regular maintenance service
#3 inspect fly wheel BELT
#4 cleat or replace if needed sparks plugs
#5 clean or replace if needed two water Thermostats .
#6 High pressure pump oil replacement
In the video i made mistake to call water pressure gauge - oil pressure. Yes it’s water pressure hose clogging some time in copper connection . Basically that’s all what you can do to your engine for maintenance there is nothing left after that!
