I have a question, with the hysterectomy do you need an oophorectomy? For example, if a patient has had a hysterectomy but still has ovaries do they need to come out before metoidioplasty / do you take them out at the same time / can they stay?

That used to bother me quite a bit in the past,.. but not any more... altho it's mostly ma'am or miss these days...an occasional sir dont bother me at all now as long as it's respectful. those that make such comments after full surgeries ,( to me) do that on purpose. (2018) that says about 94% of people don't regret their surgeries, but up to 70% of neo-vaginoplasty surgeries have one or more complications. I realize it is therefore important to broach the subject of revisions when considering the surgery - e.g., what are the most prevalent complications, what are the options for revision, and are they covered by insurance. Your video provides some really good insights into this subject, and ideas for fighting for my own surgeries if needed.
