    why fistula reoccurance bcoz. by.eating habbits fistula is caused by weak.diggestion gastric eat only boil curry no meat fish spices oils milk n products no spicy junk canned foods no dry spices.no sour fruits no alcohol avoid.heavy weight lifting .fistula is dirttiest and most painful disease.i.am sharing my expierence i was also fistula.patient without surgery. n medicine mine.is.cured sitzbath with betadine liquid use warm water in toilet apply cocunut oil after every sitzbath most important is avoiding foods.
