Hi mate, I’ve got to do one of these, how did you manage to snap the vaporiser in half? I can get a 22mm spanner on it but for love nor money can I get it to budge. So ideally need to snap it to put a socket on it with a big breaker bar

You can buy fuel additives that do a good job of cleaning your turbo

6 ounces of seafoam in a new oil change will make any sludge or blockage issue disapear. Your engine will look like brand new after. Put some in your feul too

I have a cx5 deisel and when driving seems to lose power acceleration weak at times but when I pull over turn engine off then leave it a few minutes it drives ok again could this be what your describing ?

Hey man I figure I’d give you a shout. I have a 2012 Jetta tdi and it was throwing codes for soot accumulation so I opened it up, gutted it and welded it back together, it is now throwing codes for preassure sensor and it still is throwing soot accumulation codes as well. Do you think it’s something to do with the egr or should I just drive it for a while to see if it stops limping? Let me know please

That's more like DPF cleaning not intake valves

Please help me .. I bought a 2014 kuga a week ago and have been done over .. 200 miles later this exact problem .. is the dpf filter what the vaporizer plugs into or the easy centre box in the exhaust that you can undo from underneath. Any help would be more then appreciated. Thankyou

They Should have advised the swirl flap gasket has failed. I would have then put the aluminium manifold on to prevent future failure.
