Lovely resort but for the price they charge I'd expect a swim up room or a hot tub/cold tub on the balcony. The rooms look dated and in need of TLC.

Thank you for this! I'd been searching and searching for pics, and even better--videos, of the outdoor dining area outside of the ones shown when you google this place. I am planning a trip to Ochi with a group. Just curious, have they done any updating to the outside? A lot of the exterior (handrails, etc) seems to have a lot of chipping wood and paint, and the stairs leading up to the highest dining area look like they could use sprucing up....Also, which part is the area where the band performs?
