This channel is an evangelistic outlet for those who adhere to the rule and practical devotional practices of the Joyful Servants of the Cross - founded in 2005 in Boston, MA. Fr. William Dinga and Mr. Richard Steinberg, RN are cofounders, Mr. Patrick Stearman our newest Oblate has qualified himself to be considered an "honorary third founding member" to carry the group into the future as he sees fit! I am 75, currently, Richard entered into eternal rest in Feb of 2018, Patrick, is in his early 30's - there is a lot of hope for the future in this young man who truly is blessed with an "apostolic vision" of Church and how the various elements and parts of it ought to work together!
Roanoke Trip 3 Finale
This is the conclusion of a Fall of 2015 tryptich trip to Roanoke VA. It features the most beautiful church building in the Diocese of Richmond - in the past year it is now been designated as a Minor Basilica - a distinction of honor in the Catholic Church. It well deserves the accolades and the visits! not on by this Video but also in person. I photographed this - and produced using ProShow Director - at the time - i just remastered it using Photopia Creator Slideshow Presenter Program!

The Joyful Servants of the Cross road trip from Williamsburg to Roanoke VA - featured are the Roanoke Star, and the Virginia Transportation Museum - the stunning soundtrack are about 20 tracks from "Swan Lake" - Tchaikovsky. If ever in Roanoke visit the Star on Mill Mountain, and then downtown to the Transportation Musem! Photographed and produced by Fr. William Dinga.

In these dark and dangerous times, it is predicted that a "New Pentecost" will descend into the Mystical Body of Christ - the Church - this production is in my opinion what such a "new pentecost" will feel like! May it lead you to praise and glory and worship to God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. I produced this initially in 2006!

With the backdrop of Mahler Symphony No8. The Symphony of a Thousand - the text of the Pentecost Sequence in Latin is brilliantly integrated into a work that is very timely in 2024 - with the arrival of the end of the end times! "The New Pentecost" is right around the corner - a great time to be Catholic!

Using one of three rose windows at St. John the Baptist Church in Brunswick ME (most churches only have ONE rose window, if any at all) as a backdrop, a thanksgiving prayer to the Holy Spirit is slowly and sweetly spelled out - causing a great sense of elevation and lightening of the mood - which the Holy Spirit is the expert at doing!

An energetic experience of praying the Divine Praises - a staple part of "Benediction of the Most Blessed Sacrament" - when the Sacred Host is about to be returned to the Tabernacle after a period of Public Adoration! The church is the magnificent St. John the Baptist Church in Brunswick ME - photographed by Fr. William Dinga in 2006.

A rather riveting piece of piano music, composed and performed by me, who is really not a pianist per se - I am an organist! A young person named Isabella asked me to write a song with her about the compassionate treatment of a little bird - who ended up dying in her hand! This is what I came up with - Isabella was transfixed, and I hope you will be as well with the results!

Of particular note: the Homily - and the Eucharistic Prayer - since the Joyful Servants of the Cross is a private society of the faithful - it has the ability to tweak the expressions of the celebration of its sacraments and liturgical prayer life - so: you will notice: Father will "turn to the East" "Ad Orientem" just for the Eucharistic Prayer alone - comments are welcome!
